THE VILLAGE AT SPANISH OAKS
The Village at Spanish Oaks is the final phase of development in the Spanish Oaks master-planned community. Comprising approximately 80 acres between State Highway 71 and Little Barton Creek, The Village is planned to provide a residential opportunities as well as new amenities for the area, including boutique retail shops, restaurants, service-oriented retail, and recreational trails as well as Class A office space and the Inn & Spa at Spanish Oaks.
CCNG, Inc., the developer of Spanish Oaks, has teamed with Greenbrier Southwest Corporation of Scottsdale to bring world-class master-planning to The Village. Greenbrier Southwest principals led development of the internationally acclaimed Kierland and Kierland Commons projects in Phoenix, as well as other mixed-use and hospitality developments in Arizona and Texas. The Village project team also includes Overland Partners of San Antonio (master plan), Ten Eyck Landscape Architects of Austin (landscape), LJA Engineers (civil engineering) and ARUP (environmental engineering).
