REALTOR® Access
Realtors® will be allowed open access to Spanish Oaks upon presentation of a business card or valid real estate license. Should a Real Estate Agent request general information concerning lots for sale or other Property information, they should be directed to the Sales Office for assistance. Realtors® listing or showing homes or lots in Spanish Oaks may freely enter the property and/or tour the community with prospects.
REALTOR® Open Houses
The Association has designated the second Sunday of each month for Open House events. Realtors® wishing to include their listed properties must notify the Owner’s Association of their intent to hold an Open House event on this weekend, and must notify security. Only approved Spanish Oaks Open House signs will be permitted, and no signage will be allowed at the entrances on Hwy. 71, or on the Common Areas. Maps will be provided by the Sales Office to all properties included during the Open House weekend.
REALTOR®/Broker Office Tours
During normal business hours (9am–6pm, Monday–Friday), realtor®/broker office tours will be permitted upon presentation of a business card or valid real estate license by the participating Realtors®.
By Invitation REALTOR® Events
Realtors® may periodically hold “by invitation only” events such as luncheons at their listed properties. Such events must be scheduled in advance with the Owner’s Association, and a guest list provided to security at least one day prior to the event.
For Builders
Spanish Oaks has established itself as a community of fine homes that have been built to enhance the unique Hill Country environment by quality-committed Builders.
To support Builders, Spanish Oaks has already secured approvals and permits, with infrastructure in place, for dozens of lots that are ready to build upon. The variety of available lots range from golf course view, scenic vistas, secluded sites, etc., -- and they are large enough to accommodate a variety of indoor-outdoor living arrangements.
Spanish Oaks has streamlined the process for Builders to comply with the design guidelines that ensure each home that is built adds to the quality of the community and enhances the reputation of the Builder.
Builders are encouraged to check out the available lots.
