FROM AUSTIN BERGSTROM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Exit the airport and turn left onto TX 71E
Take left ramp toward TX 71W (also called Ben White Boulevard)
Continue on Ben White Boulevard for approximately 6 miles
Road will turn into US 290 W--continue for approximately 6 miles
Road will turn back into TX 71--continue for approximately 7 miles
Go through the intersection of RR 620 and Highway 71 in Bee Cave
Turn left into Spanish Oaks 1/4 mile up on the left

FROM DALLAS

Take IH 35E south for approximately 175 miles
Exit 252B-A toward McNeil Road for approximately ½ mile
Turn right on RR 620 for approximately 25 miles
RR 620 will dead-end into Highway 71
Go right (west) on Highway 71 for approximately ¼ mile
Turn left into Spanish Oaks

FROM SAN ANTONIO

Take IH 35 north for approximately 64 miles
Take exit 230 (TX 71W/ US 290 W/ Ben White Boulevard)
Turn left onto E. Ben White Boulevard (road name changes to US 290/TX 71), go approximately 9 miles
1/4 mile past the RR 620/Highway 71 intersection, turn left into Spanish Oaks

FROM HOUSTON

Take I-10 west out of Houston
Stay on I-10 for approximately 75 miles
In Columbus, exit onto Highway 71 west (SR-71)
Stay on Highway 71 for approximately 100 miles (HWY 71 will change name to US 290/Ben White Boulevard), continue through until you come to Bee Cave
Go through the intersection of RR 620 and Highway 71 in Bee Cave
1/4 mile past the intersection, turn left into Spanish Oaks

FROM THE LAKEWAY AIRPORT

Left on Champion Drive
Left on Lakeway Boulevard for approximately 1 mile
Right on Lohman’s Crossing for approximately 1 1/2 miles
Right on RR 620 for approximately 3 miles
Right on Highway 71 for approximately 1/4 mile
Turn left into Spanish Oaks
